CEO Regennmed - Dr. Poonam Verma

Dr. Poonam Verma is the CEO and Research Director of RegennMed Research and Therapeutics. She obtained Master degree in Biotechnology, earned her PhD in Tissue Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT-D), New Delhi, India and Post Doctorate in Stem Cells from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, India. She developed and introduced the credit course in Tissue Engineering in IIT Delhi and taught B.Tech. / M.Tech. and PhD Scholars there.

Dr. Poonam qualified CSIR-UGC NET JRF (Life Sciences) Exam and was selected in top 20% of the merit list for taking Shyama Prasad Mukerjee (SPM) Fellowship exam. She also qualified Indian Council of Medical Research-JRF and obtained top score in GATE (Life Sciences). She qualified AIIMS and IIT pre-PhD entrance exams.

Dr. Poonam has published more than 20 original research articles, reviews and book chapters. She has been a trainer in many workshops related to Tissue Engineering and Stem Cells.

Earlier she was working as Senior Research Scientist and heading R&D of Cryobanks International India Private Limited, Gurgaon, India. Dr. Poonam is the active member of Regenerative Society of India and Founder Secretary General of Anti-Ageing Society of India. She is also the Founder Secretary General of Society of Aesthetics and Regenerative Gynaecology (SARG).

Dr. Poonam has been a stem cell research consultant in various projects, companies and clinics in India and abroad.
